A special special used upside down for many....

We're talking about a special job we did recently for our customer thyssenkrupp Materials. Namely, they had a large plate gripper, but wanted to use it under a crane with four hoists. To realize this, we worked with the customer to come up with a custom-made lifting yoke.

As experts in hoisting equipment, we recently worked with Aldowa, a leading player in the cladding industry, to supply a specially designed hoist. The customer had a clear request: they wanted the same lifting equalizer as previously supplied, but with customized features. The goal was to deliver a lifting equalizer that could be used with both a crane and a forklift, making the lifting beam multifunctional.

Good cooperation with a client is invaluable and can lead to successful projects.  We pride ourselves on our collaborations with clients, especially when it comes to long-term relationships. Supplying a custom-made lifting yoke is always a special job for us. It requires not only technical skills and expertise, but also close coordination with the customer to understand their specific requirements and needs. For our client KMWE Precision in Eindhoven, we made a stainless steel H-frame that is used in a cleanroom. A lifting yoke is a tool used to move heavy loads of various sizes. It creates balance and distributes the load over multiple points, allowing the load to be moved safely and efficiently.

Therefore, it is important to use the right equipment to make work safer and more efficient. Designing special lifting yokes tailored to the needs of a specific customer is therefore essential.

At KG Greenhouses, a company specializing in the design and construction of sustainable greenhouses, we were faced with a challenge: lifting lids of biomass boilers weighing 800 kg in an area with an extra-low lifting height.
