Service & Maintenance

Legislation and manufacturers prescribe annual inspections and maintenance for fall protection systems. We carry out these inspections and maintenance activities with our own certified team. For example, anchor points are subjected to tensile tests and tightening torques are checked. Our spray coating is an innovative solution that combines protection and flexibility. This thin layer, only 1 mm thick, is sprayed over part of the tire. The result is a protective layer that preserves the flexibility of the sling as much as possible. With the spray coating, we add an additional layer of protection that reduces wear on lifting slings, making them last longer.

One-sided Coating: Strong Protection for Maximum Performance

Our one-sided coating option offers higher protection and is perfectly suited to different applications.

This coating is placed directly on the sling, partially or full length. With a thickness ranging from 5 to 8 mm, it provides a solid layer of protection that significantly extends the life of the tire.  

Full Coating: An entire Protective Layer

For complete protection, we have two coating options available:

Solid full coating: This coating is placed directly on the sling, partially or full length. This coating cannot be slid over the sling. It provides a robust protective layer that covers all sides of the tire, although this may slightly affect flexibility.

Sliding full coating: This coating is produced independently of the sling and comes with a thin layer of fabric on the inside into which the tire can be slid. With this coating, the tire receives all-round protection.

Our custom-made lifting slings and round slings can be equipped with steel traingles, masterlinks or hooks attached directly to the sling. This eliminates the need for additional connecting links to connect hooks, masterlinks of other steel rings to the sling. This direct mounting minimizes the number of components and connections, as well as the risk of potential weak links in the connection. This results in a sturdier and safer lifting solution for your specific lifting needs.

One-Way Slings: Efficient Solutions for Specific Applications

With us, we think of all facets of various needs, including scenarios where single-use is required. Our one-way slings are an ideal option for temporary lifting tasks. These budget-friendly lifting slings offer an economical solution for one-time applications such as wood packages, rebar transport and concrete elements. They are specifically designed for these one-time needs, while durable options are available for long-term use. Please note, these one-way slings are not produced to the NEN-EN 1492 standard.

Roof edge protection is a form of protection that minimizes the risk of falling when working at height. This is especially important for access to higher workplaces, even for those without specific training in safe working at height. According to the Working Conditions Act, collective protection measures are recommended when working at height on a regular basis. We understand this and offer solutions that meet these requirements.

Permanent Roof Edge Fall Protection

For situations where permanent roof edge protection is required, we offer fencing. This high-quality fencing can be securely anchored to the roof structure and is ideal for flat surfaces with a slope of up to 10 degrees. The permanently anchored fencing provides permanent protection and safety.

This fencing comes in different styles – straight, curved or angled – and with various finishing options, such as untreated, polished of powder coated in a RAL color. The advantages are many: the fencing is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum, lightweight and easy to transport, adaptable and modular, fully weatherproof, and certified to relevant safety standards.

In addition, the permanent nature of this fencing eliminates the need for annual inspections, saving time and costs.

Temporary Roof Edge Protection: Flexible Solutions

For temporary roof edge protection, we offer flexible solutions that are both safe and practical. Free-standing guardrails are placed on the surface and do not require drilling into the roof. By placing blocks of weight on the beams, stability is ensured. This offers the advantage of easy movability and removability.

The freestanding version of the fencing can be matched to the color and aesthetics of the building. Optionally, it can even come in a folding version, allowing the roof to retain its original appearance when the system is not in use.

Specific Solutions: Roof railing and Flat base guardrail

For roofs with a pitch of up to 10 degrees, the Roof Railing offers a simple, tool-free mounting option for temporary roof edge protection. These lightweight aluminum profiles can be folded locally for unobstructed work on the roof edge.

The flat base guardrail is a durable, free-standing roof edge protection that meets all legal requirements. The flat bases protect the roof surface and can be easily concealed. This guardrail is suitable not only for flat roofs, but also for applications around fire and escape routes, machinery and other areas where safe access is required.
