Pick up

You can pick up your order at the pick-up warehouse in Best with a minimum order amount of €25 (excl. VAT). You will receive an e-mail from us when the order is ready for collection at our warehouse in Best. Your order cannot be picked up earlier.

The opening hours of our pick-up warehouse are:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00

Shipping

There are 5 different ways in which your order can be shipped.
Based on the weight, size, and if your order is fragile, the correct shipping method is automatically chosen with the order.

Package

We send parcels with DPD. These are packages with a maximum weight of 30 kg. You will receive a track & trace by e-mail when the order has been sent with DPD. If you have several products that weigh less than 30 kg each, but collectively weigh more than 30 kg, the order will be divided over several packages so that the shipping costs remain low for your order.

Pallet

Products with a weight of 30+kg or products that are fragile are shipped with pallet freight. We ship pallets with an external carrier. The maximum weight is 400 kg.
Pallet shipments take 1 working day longer.

Ladders & steps

We have a special shipping method for the ladders & steps in our range. Due to the length of ladders and steps, they cannot be sent with standard parcel shipments. The maximum weight is 30 kg.

Pallet+*

For products larger than a euro pallet, we have a pallet+ as shipping method. Think of sand bag carriers. The maximum weight is 400 kg. Pallet shipments take 1 working day longer.

Length transport*

We have length transport for the lifting beams. Length transport has 1-2 days longer shipping time.
Pay attention! A forklift must be available on site to unload the shipment.

Shipping costs for Belgium are based on postcode area.
Parcel shipments for the Wadden Islands have a surcharge of €20.00 per parcel.
Pallet shipments for the Wadden Islands have a surcharge of €120.00 per pallet

With an order from €350,- excl. VAT, shipping is free in the Netherlands.*
With an order from €500,- excl. VAT, shipping is free to Belgium.*

* For the shipping methods Length transport and Pallet+, shipping cannot be offered free of charge above a certain amount.

Delivery times

We mention the delivery time on the website as up-to-date as possible, due to sudden rush it can happen that the delivery time differs. We indicate the time when we send an order. This does not include the time of shipment. We have no control over the lead time of your order, your shipment may be delayed. As soon as an order lands in our system, your order will be placed in our automatic picking system and prepared for shipment. It is no longer possible to change or cancel your order once it has landed in our system.

Did you choose the pickup option? Then you will receive a separate collection message from us by e-mail. The order cannot be picked up earlier.

- Mentioned delivery time is without Dutch bank holidays
- With an order with large numbers of the same product, the delivery time may be longer.
- Orders sent by pallet will be delivered one day later.
- DPD never leaves a package without a signature. A signature of the recipient is a requirement of the DPD.
- Partial deliveries are not possible, with several delivery times the longest delivery time will be use for your entire order.
