Hooks needed to hoist a barrel or drums horizontally? Yoke's barrel hooks are used to hoist barrels. The hooks can be attached to a chain, with which (e.g.) oil drums can be lifted horizontally. The tension put on the chain during lifting causes it to pull the hooks together. The hooks are always used in sets.
